Traxxas Nitro Slash Ready-to-Run Trucks
Assume for a moment that you were just getting ready to break into higher-end modeling. If that were the case, then you might be interested in looking at the two-wheel-drive version of the Traxxas Nitro Slash especially because it comes in a truck form factor that’s fitted with RTR parts.
In fact, you might not want to waste much time looking over all of the other options on the market because this could very well be your vehicle.
Since it comes with TSM, the famous Traxxas Stability Management system, you can trust that it will tear up the track in any short course arena. It offers a sophisticated TQi 2.4 GHz radio adapter and even comes with an EZ-Start battery and charger.
While you might be perfectly happy with the way the TSM technology works out of the box, you can fine-tune it for an even more custom experience.
Traxxas Stability Management
TSM gear makes it possible to handle extreme power and speed without losing anything in the way of control. Driving a scale truck model on slippery surfaces like loose dirt and smooth concrete is really difficult. The TSM receiver makes this much easier.
All you need to do is punch it off the line and the equipment takes care of the rest for you. You should see dramatic improvements in braking in particular since the TSM module will work to keep your truck nice and straight until it comes to a complete stop. Some drivers even take advantage of this fact so they can make corrections and then hit the throttle hard as they head into turns. It can really help you pick up some great exit speed.
The advanced EZ Start 2will even alert you to when you’re up against problems, like if a glow plug has failed. That being said, Traxxas’ engineers have spent so much time designing reliable equipment you might be surprised how much it holds up against.
