This is the Traxxas Rustler 4x4 Battery Hold-Downs (3) w/Hardware (fits 6723R chassis with 162mm long battery compartment).

The extended battery hold-down set fits the 6723R chassis with the 162 mm battery compartment. The set includes battery straps for batteries up to 26 mm, 35 mm, and 42 mm tall along with a new hold-down post, screw pin, and pivot post screw.
