BL-2S POWER SYSTEM
The new BL-2s brushless power system is an absolute game-changer with 15% more speed, quicker acceleration, and a more responsive throttle. Improved efficiency, high-speed ball bearings, and an internal cooling fan allow Slash to run battery after battery for all-day race sessions. With no brushes to wear out, the BL-2s 3300 kV motor can last the entire racing season with minimal maintenance.

CLIPLESS BODY MOUNTING
Slash’s revolutionary clipless body holds firm no matter how rough the racing gets. Heavy-duty latches grip the body tightly, but release in just seconds for fast battery swaps on the pit bench. This convenient hidden latching system replaces traditional body clips with large, reinforced panels to maintain body integrity and resist pull-through damage.
MAGNUM 272 TRANSMISSION
The Magnum 272's all metal gears ride on ultra-smooth sealed ball bearings. The bulletproof Torque-Control slipper clutch and metal gear Magnum transmission are ready to handle any power system upgrade including the Velineon brushless power system.
TORQUE-CONTROL SLIPPER CLUTCH
Semi-metallic pads and finned aluminum alloy pressure plates dissipate heat and provide consistent traction. The semi-metallic friction material remains stable across a wide temperature range to provide smooth, linear engagement. Spur gears can be removed and replaced without altering the slipper adjustment.
